proCS attends 51st National Convention of Company Secretaries
ProCS was proud to participate in the 51st National Conference of Company Secretaries, organized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Held at Deendayal Hastkala Sankul (Trade Centre & Craft Museum) Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh from 2nd to 4th November 2023, the event brought together top professionals in corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability under the theme “India@G20: Empowering Sustainable Future through Governance & Technology”
Representatives from ProCS also exchanged insights with industry leaders, regulators, and governance experts on the evolving compliance landscape and the growing role of technology in ensuring corporate accountability. By participating in this landmark event, ProCS reaffirms its mission to be a trusted partner for Company Secretaries and Boards in strengthening corporate governance standards across India.

ProCS attends 50th National Convention of Company Secretaries
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) hosted its 50th Annual Convention from September 1–3, 2022, at ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata. Cantered around the theme "CS: A Vishwaguru in Governance & Sustainability," the event focused on the evolving role of Company Secretaries in driving stronger corporate governance and adapting to regulatory changes. The convention saw over 1,100 professionals attending in person and 5,000+ joining virtually. Attendees included industry leaders, board members, Company Secretaries, Chartered and Cost Accountants, senior government officials, and experts in law, finance, and governance from India and abroad.
Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, MD & CEO of Bandhan Bank, emphasized the importance of governance in organizational growth and praised Company Secretaries for upholding transparency and integrity. ICSI President Mr. Devendra Deshpande highlighted the institute’s ongoing national and international initiatives aimed at strengthening governance frameworks.
