Role of proCS
- Provide training to Partner or his team members for understanding the software, product demonstration, training on product features as well as for Compliances will be provided by ProCS as and when required by Partner. ProCS also helps monitoring the performance of Marketing as well as sales activities.Provide necessary marketing collateral to enable Partner to market the software.
- Demo & Follow-up with the client will be conducted in association with the Partner's marketing team. Prospecting the client will be the sole responsibility of the Partner. All pre-meeting and post-meeting activities, including promotional campaigns, IT discussions, negotiations, and agreements, shall be carried out in coordination with the authorized representatives of both companies.Software implementation and handholding will be done by ProCS. Any third-party software required shall be provided by client.
- End-user training for product as well as for compliances will be provided by ProCS as per mutual agreement terms between client & ProCS.
- Aftersales support: 24x7 after-sales support (telephonic as well as on-premise) will be provided by ProCS.
- Client-specific customization. Any client-specific customization will be studied for feasibility and will be done for on-premise installation only on chargeable basis by ProCS.
- Product and Compliance Updates: ProCS provides regular feature and compliance updates for its software. These updates are typically issued every six months or whenever there is a change in compliance requirements.
Role of "The Partner"
- Marketing of ProCS secretarial suit among its clients.
- Partner will connect ProCS Technology with their existing as well as prospective clients under its influence to pitch Insider Trading & BMS application.
- Provide all details about the prospect to enable ProCS to prepare for the presentation, demonstration and approach to ensure closure of the orders.
- Partner shall communicate details like expected budget, number of entities, competition, etc. to ProCS for better pitch preparation.
- Be involved with ProCS through the entire process leading to final closure.
- Partner & ProCS personnel shall stay in regular communication to avoid any confusion.
- Adhere to fair and ethical practices and uphold the integrity and reputation of all parties involved.
